1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canada & USA only.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales), processing may take 3-5 business days.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders (if applicable).

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number & order number via email.
  • For real-time updates, use the carrier’s tracking portal (e.g., Canada Post, FedEx, DHL).
  • Note: Due to occasional carrier delays or system updates, tracking information may not sync in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking status to refresh before contacting us.

6. Third-Party Fulfillment Note

  • To ensure faster delivery, we sometimes partner with third-party fulfillment centers or suppliers.
  • In such cases:

1) The package or invoice may not mention "SELENAIRE" and could display a different company name (e.g., the supplier or logistics partner).

2) Rest assured, your order is still authorized and verified by us.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may incur customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • SELENAIRE is not liable for these charges.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received it, contact your local carrier first.
  • If unresolved, email us at sales@selenaire.com within 7 days of delivery.
